Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason an appointment is canceled or is a “No-show” less than 24 hours prior, the full service fee will be charged.
For appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 – 48 hours prior to appointment 1/2 for the service fee will be charged on your next visit.
Emergencies will be taken into consideration and handled individually.
